Return Period
After 7 days from the date of delivery, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Unboxing Video Required for Returns & Exchanges

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please record a clear unboxing video while opening your package.

The video must:

• Start before opening the sealed package.
  
  
• Clearly show the shipping label and package condition.
  
  
• Capture the complete unboxing without any cuts or edits.
  

Please note: Return, exchange, missing item, or damage claims cannot be processed without a valid unboxing video.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items.
We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
