Q:- What if I receive a broken mirror?
A: We understand that ordering a fragile item online can be risky, but we have developed a unique packaging with less than a 3% damage ratio. If you received broken mirror, you can send us a picture via Email and we will replace the new mirror.
Q:- What if the mirror doesn’t work/light up after using it for a while?
A:- This may be due to a faulty LED driver, you can find us via “Your Account – Your Orders – Contact Seller” and we will replace the LED driver free of charge.
Q:- Can mirror lights be used as the only lighting in a room?
A:- LED mirror light can only be used as a secondary light and cannot be the sole source of light in a room. It is recommended to install separate lighting for the room.
